What we collect

When you shop, join a drop list, or create an account we collect your name, email, shipping address, and phone number, plus your order history. We also record limited technical data (IP address, device/browser characteristics) for security.

Payment data

Card payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, expiry, or CVV — Stripe handles that on its own secured systems. For fraud prevention we retain only a one-way fingerprint (a hash Stripe provides that identifies a card without revealing its number).

Device telemetry & fraud prevention

To protect against fraud, bots, scalping, and abuse of our rewards, we use device-fingerprinting and telemetry technologies (which recognize a browser/device without relying on traditional cookies), along with card fingerprints and rate limiting. This processing is carried out strictly for security and fraud prevention — a purpose for which most privacy frameworks provide a legitimate-interest basis — and not for advertising or profiling.

Cookies & advertising pixels

Essential cookies keep your cart, your login session and basic analytics working. You cannot turn those off without breaking the site.

We also use the Meta and TikTok advertising pixels, and they are third-party trackers: they let us measure which ads led to a sale and build audiences for future ones. They load only after you accept them in our cookie banner, and withdrawing that consent stops them in the same visit — you do not have to reload. Under California law this counts as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, which you can opt out of on our Do Not Sell or Share page.

In the installed Solos app they do not load at all, whatever you chose in the banner. The app does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

How we use your data

To process and ship orders, send order/shipping and drop notifications, run our loyalty and referral programs, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal/accounting obligations.

Retention

We keep order and transaction records as long as required for tax and accounting law. Where we no longer need personal data, we anonymize or delete it.

Children’s privacy

Solos is intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account or hold Afters membership, and we ask you to confirm your age when you sign up and when you turn an Afters key. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If we learn that we hold personal data belonging to someone under 18, we delete it and close the account. A parent or guardian who believes their child has given us personal information can email privacy@solosclothing.com and we will delete it — no account access or proof of purchase required.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion (“right to be forgotten”). On a deletion request we anonymize your personal details while retaining the minimal transaction records the law requires. To exercise any right, email privacy@solosclothing.com.
